Hi, I’m Bridgette!
I founded BBody Coaching in 2023 out of a passion for helping people achieve optimal health through mindful eating and movement. With over 25 years of experience as an educator, a certified nutrition coach, and a dedicated yogi, my focus is on raising awareness, educating on nutrition and fitness, and fostering sustainable behavior change for lifelong well-being.
In 2021, as I approached a new decade in life, I realized the importance of prioritizing strength, muscle mass, and balanced nutrition to age with vitality.
My biggest hurdle was getting past the “quick fix” mentality and embracing the process. This is where my yoga and mindfulness practice emerged. I hired a coach, adjusted my habits, and developed discipline through consistency. Most importantly, I focused on the process, not the prize. Even today, my habits continue to evolve with what my mind and body need.
